I’m enjoying the podcasts. I thought the party at least did a good job of collecting intelligence before they took off up river.

Yes they did. Unfortunately their performance in terms of combat and tactics wasn’t as well planned.
But I think I’ve got a good idea how to get them out of it that will help further develop the non-tactical side of their characters and the NPC’s. Stay tuned. Due to the holidays we won’t be back in session till the 2nd at the earliest.
