		<description>Brilliant! I love this idea. I&#039;ve been trying to come up with a way to reward my players for going above and beyoned, both at the table and away from it without resorting to individual exp bonuses or monetary rewards. I LOVE THIS! GIMME MORE, BROTHER!</description>
