Hmmm I found this on Wizards web site. ‘Deluxe premium extra special’ core books. The first is the PHB of course (why of course I’m not sure) and the thing is no less than $80 U.S. (yes there are people who’s IP’s show them as being from other countries that hit this site).
So to extrapolate that out, $250 for a set of three? *blink blink*. Is anyone really going to buy these? Even if they were up to date on errata I wouldn’t even dream of it. YMMV of course depending on your disposable income and more importantly your Significant Other situation, “You spent how much on a book?! And you’re putting in postit notes to fix the errors in it?! *hand items start flying*”
But hey if you’re buying some for yourself and have the extra, send one my way, I’ll be happy to hold it for you although I can’t guarentee you’ll get it in archival condition when you ask for it back.
