Observation Post
Here’s a new mockup, just a doodle really of some basic interior setups for the player’s tower. This image, which isn’t final, I really don’t like the square shape shows a cut away view of the interior after the players would have started the reconstruction. The lower level would be for storage of goods, the middle level would be for guards, bunks, weapon storage and the like, the upper floor would be designated the various leader’s areas etc.
It’s really big for watch tower given the number of men that would be garrisoning it but bigger is better when you’re dealing with moving minatures around on a mat. So it ends up being 40′ square. Not too horrible.
The front door obviously is to prevent the battering ram approach. Hard to get one up there is the bridge is up or just knocked away and no room to get a running start at it.
The red things are roughly mini size for scale comparison.
